Some Exciting News!

You know when you attend a corporate event or conference and you can tell the entire audience is completely captivated by the speaker?

That’s a bucket list moment for me.

And today I’m one step closer.

After months of work behind the scenes, I’m excited to finally share my speaker reel!

The short video below captures what I care most about — and the work I’m fortunate to do every day — empowering people to lead with intention and communicate with confidence.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of senior executives, a team navigating change, or a group of high-achievers pushing themselves to the next level, my goal is the same: to create an experience that is not only engaging in the moment, but practical and lasting long after the event ends.

If you’re planning a conference, leadership retreat, or team workshop, click on the image below to check out my keynote speaking style and approach.

Organizations bring me in to:

  • Strengthen leadership communication across teams and functions
  • Help high-achievers navigate perfectionism, burnout, and imposter syndrome
  • Build confidence and presence in both new and experienced leaders
  • Equip teams with practical tools they can apply immediately
  • Create engaging, interactive sessions that resonate beyond the room

I’ve had the opportunity to speak at organizations such as PRSA, Women’s Business Center of Kentucky, Kentucky League of Cities, and Commerce Lexington, and what stands out most isn’t just the scale of their impact. It’s their commitment to continuous growth and intentional leadership.

That’s the work I aim to support every time I step on stage.

If you’re thinking about an upcoming event or simply want to explore what this could look like for your team, I’d love to connect.

Real Talk

That pre-stage adrenaline? It’s real! And doesn’t go away just because you’re experienced. Truth be told, I experienced it before filming a couple of the clips you see in the speaker reel. The shift is learning how to work with it instead of against it. In this reel, I share three simple, practical moves you can use in the moment to steady your voice, focus your thoughts, and show up like the leader you are.

Brain Food

In a recent episode of Boss Babes of the Bluegrass, I opened up about my perfectionism, pulled back the curtain on preparing for a TEDx talk, and discussed how executive coaching is (thankfully!) shifting from a tool for performance and remediation to a tool for growth and development. Kris is a natural host, and I hope you’ll listen!

In the Spotlight

Keynote Speaking

I’m excited to join the Kentucky Association for Government Communicators as keynote speaker for its annual conference on May 12. I’ll be leading through one of my favorite sessions, “Lead Without Limits: Tackling Perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome & Burnout.” sharing stories and practical insights from my experience in high-stakes communication and leadership roles.

Register here until May 1.

Here's a Secret

Filming this reel was a true “leap before you look” moment. I didn’t feel fully ready, and for a long time, that’s exactly what would have held me back. As I shared in my TEDx talk, waiting to be “just a little more ready” is often how we miss opportunities entirely.

This time, I kept my perfectionism in check and moved forward anyway.

Whatever leap is in front of you, I invite you to simply walk out onto your version of the stage by putting one foot in front of the other. And remember, I’m always in your corner… and cheering you on from the front row!
